IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) is an NHS service that provides a range of psychological treatments for anyone struggling with mild-moderate symptoms of anxiety and low mood. They are hosting one-off masterclass sessions in June focussed on two topics:
It would be great to have as many people turn up as we can, to help improve the wellbeing of the York population. Everyone is welcome. It’s a ‘just turn up’ event, so you do not need to be registered to benefit from the classes.
