Year 8 Enrichment Residential to London 5th/6th October 2019

We have an exciting opportunity to take up to 40 students for a residential trip to London in October 2019.

We will be departing from Barlby High School on the morning of 5th October by coach, staying bed and breakfast for 1 night and returning in the evening of 6th October. Whilst in London, students will see a West End Theatre Show, have a 2 course meal at Garfunkel’s and a River Cruise on the Thames along with plenty of opportunity for some sight-seeing of the Capital.

The cost of this trip is £250 per student with a deposit of £80 on parentpay being used to confirm your place. The deadline for the deposit is 3rd April 2019. Please note that the spaces on this trip are on a first come first serve basis and therefore once 40 students have confirmed their place, you will no longer be able to make a payment on parentpay. A consent form with medical and emergency contact details will be sent closer to the time of the trip, for accuracy purposes.

A payment schedule will be set up on parentpay for the remaining payment of £170 which must be made and received by 19th July 2019.

As for all visits, it is important to mention that any student incurring four internal or external periods of exclusion between now and the date of departure will be removed from the trip and may risk losing any money already invested unless their place can be filled.
