Information Sharing for Residential to Disneyland Paris 5^th – 7^th February 2020

Barlby High School need to share the following information about your child or children, with the travel company, Study Experiences, to enable them to organise the trip on our behalf:

• medical / dietary needs
• Overseas – passport details

Study Experiences is an assured member of the School Travel Forum.  The School Travel Forum is a group of leading school tour operators who promote good practice and safety in school travel. The company is also a fully ABTA and ATOL bonded tour operator.

The information will be shared under the following conditions:

• The information is shared
• The information will be stored securely by the travel
• The travel company will not pass these details on to any other organisation, unless agreement has been obtained from Barlby High School and providing the sharing is to help make the trip possible.
• The travel company agrees to destroy the data once the trip and all related matters have been

If you do not consent to your child or children’s data being shared, please contact me in school to discuss this matter as soon as possible.  If I do not hear from you by 3.30pm on Monday 15^th July, it will be assumed that you are happy for the data to be shared.
