We were very fortunate to receive a visit from The Archbishop of York, Dr John Sentamu in early October 2017.
The Archbishop attended a Philosophy and Ethics lesson with Year 10 students where he took part in a question and answer session discussing a range of topics including Religion vs Science, Female Archbishops, Genesis and his favourite childhood memories. After the lesson, he stayed at school to have lunch with staff and students.
It was an absolute privilege and delight to watch our Year 10 GCSE Drama students perform Blood Brothers last week. They were brilliant and are a credit to the school. Well done everyone. pic.twitter.com/Ec9D…

Friday saw our second Headteacher's breakfast of 2022, celebrating the achievements of our superb students. They enjoyed a mixture of healthy and not so healthy breakfast treats. Well done everyone! @HopeSentamuLT pic.twitter.com/mdRg…
