Barlby High students celebrate 2019 GCSE results

Julie Caddell, Principal of Barlby High School, is thrilled for students who have achieved a great set of results.

“Students of all abilities have secured grades which enable them to confidently progress to the next stage of their education. We have been able to celebrate exceptional individual achievements, particularly in English Language/Literature, History, Engineering and Sport. All of our students deserve to be proud of their achievements and I am particularly proud of those students who have succeeded whilst managing some very difficult personal circumstances.

“These results are the outcome of very hard work, the high standard of teaching and the excellent relationships between staff and students.

“It has been both a privilege and a pleasure to know and to work with these students and we wish them every happiness and success in the next exciting phase of their lives.”
